*56 ORDER
Willie J. Halliburton appeals a district court judgment that dismissed his miscellaneous postconviction action for lack of jurisdiction and that also imposed a monetary sanction in the amount of $150. The case has been referred to a panel of the court pursuant to Rule 34(j)(l), Rules of the Sixth Circuit. Upon examination, this panel unanimously agrees that oral argument is not needed. See Fed. R.App. P. 34(a).
