Infiniti of Mobile, Inc. ("Infiniti"), and one of its sales representatives, Ron McCovey, appeal from the trial court's order denying their motion to compel arbitration of the fraud and breach-of-warranty claims filed against them by English Office and his wife, Mildred Office.1 We reverse and remand.
