MEMORANDUM OPINION
GLORIA M. BURNS, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is Debtor, Robert E. Mewborn, Jr.’s (“Debtor”), motion to lift the attachment of unemployment benefits in violation of the § 362 stay. More specifically, the Debtor requests that the Court order the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Unemployment Insurance (“NJDOL”) to cease seizing his unemployment benefits immediately and remit to him all funds seized during his 2004 period of eligibility.
