Before the court are the Department of Commerce’s (“Commerce”) Final Results of Redetermination Pursuant to Court Remand, ECF No. 97 (“Remand Results”), concerning the sixth annual administrative review of the antidumping (“AD”) duty order on certain activated carbon from the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”).
