An order was entered by the court below on March 2, 1936, dismissing a petition for corporate reorganization under section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended (11 U.S.C.A. § 207). A petition for appeal under 24b of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended (11 U.S.C.A. § 47(b), was denied by this court April 15, 1936. See Wayne United Gas Co. v. Owens-Illinois Glass Company et al. (C.C.A.4th) 83 F.(2d) 98.
