OPINION

HINOJOSA, Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree ordering the annulment of the marriage between appellant, Matiana Molina Loera and appel-lee, Luis Loera. By three points of error, appellant complains that the trial court erred in failing to make findings of fact and conclusions of law, in granting the decree of annulment, and in failing to grant her motion for new trial. We reverse and remand.
