Margaret E. Tibbetts (Appellant) brought this action against Michael Ga-gliardi, M.D., Robert Stephn Grayson, D.O., Turuvekere H. Jayaram, M.D., Kirit K Pandya, M.D., and Kirit K. Pandya, M.D., P.A. (individually or collectively as Appellees) for medical malpractice. On Appellees’ respective motions to dismiss, the trial court dismissed Appellant’s action because of her failure to comply with section 13.01(d) of article 4590i. See Tex.Rev. Civ. Stats.
