MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court after a Trial on the Plaintiffs Complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt. The Plaintiff brings this suit pursuant to three statutory exceptions to discharge: 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(4) and (a)(6). At the conclusion of this Trial, the Court permitted the Parties to file Post-Trial Briefs, which both the Parties have now done.
