Ferguson v. Mueller

The East Denver Municipal Irrigation District contracted through the issuance of bonds for the construe tion and purchase of a system of irrigation works; but litigation arose concerning the validity of the contract, many of the landowners failed to pay their taxes, both special and general, and the district was unable to redeem or procure water for the lands comprising it.
