SANBORN, Circuit Judge.

The appellants, attorneys at law who represented preferred stockholders of the Scullin Steel Company in the reorganization proceedings of that company under Section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act as amended (11 U.S.C. § 207, 11 U.S.C.A. § 207), applied to the court of bankruptcy for an allowance’ of $20,000 out of the estate of the debtor for their services, and, after a hearing, the court entered an order, on November 9, 1937, allowing them $6,000.
