GARDNER, Circuit Judge.

This appeal challenges the reasonableness of an order making allowances for attorney fees and expenses in a corporate reorganization under Section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 207.

The debtor, Wood Brothers. Corporation, is a holding corporation owning miscellaneous securities and stock in six subsidiaries, one of which was a construction company, four o.wning farms, ranches and city real estate, and one owning various securities.
