KAUGER, Justice.

This election dispute concerns whether 26 O.S.Supp. 1983 § 8-120 1 permits a “cross-petition” alleging irregularities to be filed at the time of an election contest hearing. We answer in the negative because § 8-120 is specifically applica ble to petitions alleging election contest irregularities — it does not contain a provision for filing a “cross-petition”.
