Appellee Fernisa Parker seeks an award of additional attorneys’ fees and costs associated with defending, on appeal, a bankruptcy-court judgment for damages arising out of the willful violation of an automatic stay by appellant Pioneer Credit Company of Alabama, Inc., doing business as First Southeast Acceptance Corporation. Parker also seeks an award of the costs and attorneys’ fees associated with protecting her interest in the judgment during the pendency of the appeal.
