MEMORANDUM DECISION

This Adversary Proceeding is before the Court on the application for attorneys’ fees filed by Plaintiff Marion Parker. (Doc. 34). On February 11, 2014, this Court entered judgment in favor of Parker and against Defendant Credit Central South, Inc., awarding damages and attorneys’ fees, finding that Credit Central had willfully violated the automatic stay.
