In this proceeding instituted pursuant to article 83 of the Civil Practice Act, the landlord, owner of a co-operative apartment in the Ritz Tower Hotel, at No. 465 Park Avenue, Manhattan, New York City, seeks to evict the statutory tenant of the apartment to secure possession for his own use.
