WISDOM, Circuit Judge.

These appeals1 concern a class action by members of a local unincorporated association against the members of a national unincorporated association. Ju*251risdiction is asserted on the ground of diversity of citizenship. The district court dismissed the complaint for lack of jurisdiction and insufficiency of service of process. We reverse and remand.
