This is an action in equity, based on alleged fraud and mistake, to have it decreed that the defendants hold certain property in trust for the plaintiffs. The court below found against the plaintiffs on the issues of fraud and mistake and gave judgment for the defendants. This appeal followed.
The record, which we have examined in detail, discloses that prior to 1896 George W. Vestal, deceased, was engaged in the butcher business in the town of Red Bluff.
