While employed by the Northwestern Barb Wire Company, at Sterling, Lester Gleason, a millwright, sustained an accidental injury to his testicles arising out of and in the course of his employment. First aid, medical, surgical and hospital services were provided by the employer, together with compensation for the period of temporary total incapacity for work. The only question in dispute is the nature and extent of the disability. An award was made by the arbitrator in favor of Gleason in the sum of $1969.46, being one-half of the amount of his weekly wages for 150 weeks, under paragraph (e),…
