MEMORANDUM OPINION

(December 18th, 2002)

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Suppress Tangible Evidence on Fourth Amendment grounds and the Government’s opposition thereto. An evidentiary hearing was held on Décember 9, 2002 and, for the following reasons, Defendant’s motion to suppress will be denied.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND
