Edith M. Schreiner brought her suit in equity in the superior court of Cook County on behalf of herself and all other persons like situated, as holders of anticipation warrants drawn against the educational fund school tax of the city of Chicago for the year 1929. The suit is brought against the city of Chicago, a municipal corporation, and the board of education of the city of Chicago, a municipal corporation, but judgment prayed only against the city.
