The defendant in error, Melville N. Rothschild, was the owner of $40,500 of local improvement bonds of the village of Calumet Park, the plaintiff in error, issued against and payable out of various installments of special assessment proceedings Nos. 2, 6, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the village, the first installments of assessments Nos. 2 and 6 being payable in 1920 and those of Nos. 11, 12, 13 and 14 being payable in 1921.
