WINGATE, District Judge.

Before this court is plaintiffs’ motion to remand this cause to the Circuit Court of Holmes County, Mississippi. Filed pursuant to Title 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c), 1 plaintiffs’ motion to remand charges that defendants Life Insurance Company of Mississippi and Merchants and Farmers Bank improperly removed this case to this federal forum from state court under Title 28 U.S.C. § 1441(a). 2 All of the forty-six (46) plaintiffs in this cause, Herbert Dubose, et al, are resident citizens of Mississippi.
