This case arises upon a petition by the trustee in bankruptcy, asking that certain transfers made by the bankrupt,to a creditor within four months of the filing of the petition in bankruptcy be declared preferential and the money embraced in the transfers returned to the trustee as assets of the bankrupt estate. There is no dispute about the following facts:
