HENDERSON, Judge.
Appellant in this case was tried in the court below on an indictment charging him" with robbery, was convicted, and his punishment assessed at ten years’ confinement in the penitentiary, and from the judgment and sentence of the lower court he prosecutes this appeal. The appellant assigns as error the overruling of his motion for a continuance. No such error appears as would authorize a reversal of this case on that account.
