Plaintiff, Vicorp Restaurants (Vicorp), brought an action against Corinco Insulating Co. (Corinco) and against G. William Walker Construction Co., Inc. (Walker), seeking recovery for damages allegedly caused by the improper construction of a freezer addition to the plaintiff’s warehouse. Specifically, Vicorp asserted faulty workmanship in the installation of the concrete floor of the freezer addition.
