Unisource Worldwide, Inc. (Unisource), and Frank David Barreto appeal from the judgment entered in favor of David Zhou in this personal injury action arising from a multivehicle accident in June 2003 in which Barreto, operating a truck owned by Unisource, struck an automobile from behind, which in turn hit Zhou’s van, seriously injuring Zhou. Unisource and Barreto contend the trial court erred in excluding from evidence as settlement negotiations two letters written by Zhou to an insurance company concerning a second motor vehicle accident in which he had been involved in…
