Plaintiffs are supporters of certain groups whose aims include the development of Jewish life in both Israel and the territories acquired during the Six-Day War (past the so-called Green Line). Defendant Jewish National Fund, Inc. (JNF) is a major charity in the United States which collects contributions for land reclamation and other projects in Israel.
