Plaintiff owned a factory building in Milwaukee. On April 20, 1942, the United States filed a petition for condemnation of same pursuant to authority of the Second War Powers Act, 50 USCA, sec. 632. On that date an order was entered in the district court giving the United States immediate possession of the unoccupied portion of the factory as of April 20, 1942, and of the occupied portion as of April 30, 1942.
