Appellant, USEMCO, Inc., sued appellee, Marbro Company, Inc., in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, for money allegedly due as final payment for an automatic pumping station Marbro purchased from USEMCO for inclusion in a sewage treatment facility Marbro built for Anne Arundel County.
