Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia in an action by the appellee, plaintiff below, for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained through the negligence of an employee of defendant company.

It appears that defendant had purchased a number of ships which it was engaged in wrecking in the yard of the Virginia Ship Building Company near Alexandria, Va. One Louis Simon, a man engaged in the iron and steel scrap business, contracted with defendant for the purchase of the iron and steel salvaged from the ships. The material…
