Order unanimously reversed on the law without costs, motion granted and amended complaint dismissed. Memorandum: Plaintiff commenced this action to recover for personal injuries sustained as a result of a slip and fall on defendants’ driveway. Supreme Court erred in denying defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the amended complaint. In support of their motion, defendants established that six to eight inches of snow fell intermittently on the day of the accident and that there was a storm in progress when plaintiff fell.
