MEMORANDUM

NEWCOMER, District Judge.

The Court has before it a number of motions to suppress or dismiss this indictment of stock manipulation and mail fraud. Defendants Bernard Cronin and Robert Street have moved to suppress evidence and its fruits which was seized by their brokerage firm employer. Also, they wish to have testimony given by them to the Securities and Exchange Commission suppressed or the indictment dismissed due to government misconduct. Defendant Abraham Salaman has moved to suppress, and to dismiss the indictment, claiming that his statements to the SEC were “coerced” since…
