On December 20, 2007, this court accepted a timely application for a writ of certiorari, filed by petitioner/defendant-appellant Thomas E. Klie on December 4, 2007, requesting that this court review the September 5, 2007 judgment of the Intermediate Court of Appeals (ICA), entered pursuant to its July 19, 2007 summary disposition order.
