MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
KOPF, District Judge.
This is a diversity 1 action for declaratory judgment on a contract between Plain tiffs 2 and Defendant in which Plaintiffs request that the court declare the terms of the contract, that Defendant is not entitled to any further payment under the terms of the contract, and that Plaintiffs have fully performed their obligations under the contract. This action was originally filed in the District Court of Lancaster County on March 12, 1999, but the defendant removed the suit to this court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1446.
