On March 15, 2013, relator Joan E. Jarvis filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this Court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex.R.App. P. 52. In her petition, relator asks this Court to compel the Honorable Kerry L. Neves, presiding judge of the 10th District Court of Galveston County, to vacate his order signed January 30, 2013, ordering discovery of certain medical records and insurance contracts.
