— The plaintiff brought this action to enforce the specific performance of a real estate contract. The defendants, by cross-complaint, sought to have the contract declared forfeited and a decree quieting the title to the property covered thereby in them. The cause was tried to the court without a jury and resulted in a judgment ordering specific performance by the defendants, from which they appeal.
