Appellant recovered a judgment in the District Court of Harris County against the Interior Land and Immigration Company and several individuals upon which an execution was issued and levied upon real estate, which was advertised for sale on the 5th day of March, 1895. On that day, appellees, the defendants in execution, filed in that court, which was in session, their application styled and numbered as of the suit in which the judgment had been rendered, in which they set forth the advertisement of sale which had been published by the sheriff, pointing out certain…
