I.Introduction

In this Chapter 7 case, a creditor named RPAD, LLC (“RPAD”) filed a timely proof of claim, asserting a non-priority, unsecured claim for $934,038.82 (Claim No. 9). The Chapter 7 Debtor filed an objection to RPAD’s claim. (Docket # 88, the “Claim Objection”).
