BORMAN, District Judge.
This case comes here as an appeal from the Bankruptcy Court. The United States appeals an order entered in January of 2000 which purports to order the United States to “remove” its tax lien securing Debtor’s property in St. Clair County, Michigan, and also restructures the IRS claim against Debtor.
