Plaintiff, as the owner of United States Letters Patent No. 2,069,873 which is said to cover a “Process for the Preservation of Organic Material” brought this action against Nebraska Farm Products, Inc., a Nebraska corporation engaged in alfalfa processing, and Ervin Burkholder, its president. Arnold Dryer Company, a Wisconsin corporation, engaged in the manufacture of alfalfa processing and drying equipment was permitted to intervene as a defendant.
