MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
FULLAM, Chief Judge.
This antitrust case, brought under § 16 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 26, to remedy violations of § 7 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 18, and § 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 2, concerns a purchase by one company of another company’s assets. Plaintiffs assert divestiture is necessary to prevent defendants’ monopolization of related wholesale and retail markets.
