The foregoing motion was brought regularly before this court by Judith Ann Wilson (“Wilson”), trustee of the Dick Wilson 1988 Trust which is the successor in interest to the Topland Company, Inc. (hereinafter “Topland”), debtor Far West Corporation’s (“Debtor”) landlord. Wilson seeks an order requiring the Debtor to pay as administrative expenses (11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(1)) outstanding postpetition rents owed to Topland in the amount of $11,-134.51, interest thereon at 10% per annum…
