On or about December 14, 1988, Centon Electronics, Inc. ("Centon"), a California-based distributor of computer components, placed an order for computer chips with Brian Bonar d/b/a BBE Providing Solutions, a computer chips broker doing business in Huntsville. Centon received the chips from Bonar the following day, via overnight delivery, and immediately mailed a check to Bonar as payment in full.
