Petitioner Lantz Cross, a Virginia state inmate who pled guilty to electronic solicitation of a minor in violation of Va. Code § 18.2-374.3, has filed, by counsel, an application for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
