On May 1, 1916, appellant, a corporation organized under the laws of the state of New Mexico for carrying- on a general merchandising business, was the owner of a store building in the town of Boy, N. M. Adjoining- the store building it had a lumber yard and corral. The lumber yard was used for storing lumber, and consisted of sheds extending from the warehouse of the store to a frame dwelling house, 48 feet long and one story high, occupied on the date mentioned by Mrs. Antonia Pacheco.
