Plaintiff Cadplaz Sponsors, Inc., developer sponsor of defendant Cadman Towers, Inc., a co-operative housing company formed pursuant to article II of the Private Housing . Finance Law (Mitchell-Lama Law), brings this action to recover certain reimbursable "land allowance” costs and development fees claimed to be due it as consideration for its role as developer of Cadman Towers, a co-operative housing project located at Cadman Plaza in Brooklyn.
