This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Alden State Bank’s Complaint to determine dischargeability of its debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2). The matter came on for trial at which James P. Walters represented the Plaintiff and Kieth Van Doren represented the Defendant. At the close of the Plaintiff’s case, the Defendant moved for a directed verdict.
