This is an appeal by certiorari from an award of the commission of the department of labor and industry granting plaintiff compensation at the rate of $10 per week for total disability resulting from an industrial accident, such compensation to be continued from July 18, 1924, during the period of total dis ability not to exceed the legal limit fixed by statute, including the 300 weeks during which compensation had previously been paid him for partial incapacity.
