MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
YOUNG, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This Court has already fully considered this Social Security disability case and rendered a thorough opinion, remanding the case to the Commissioner for further proceedings. Whitzell v. Barnhart, 379 F.Supp.2d 204 (D.Mass.2005). Prior to re mand, this Court denied Pamela Whitzell’s (“Whitzell”) request for attorneys’ fees without explanation. Id. at 220.
