Plaintiff Callpod, Inc. (“Callpod”) filed suit against Defendants GN Netcom, Inc., GN Netcom A/S, and Hello Direct, Inc. (collectively “Defendants”) alleging direct and indirect infringement of United States Patent No. 6,801,611 (“the '611 patent”).
